Charles leaves to cherish his memories: Parents George and Rosemary Vinson of Poughkeepsie NY One Sister Sharon Stackhouse (Andre) of Beacon NY Brothers James Vinson and David McNeal of Poughkeepsie NY, and William Roy (Ruth) of Penns Grove, NJ brother-in-law & sister-in-law William Johnson SR & Shanna of Logan Township NJ brother-in-law Jerome Leake of Penns Grove NJ brother-in-law & sister-in-law, CW2 (Ret) Charles R. Charles was preceded in death by his grandparents Mr. Charles was active and took great pride as he was an avid supporter in little league sports: football, softball and basketball. His friends were always like family to him. He loved landscaping duties at home, and most importantly spending quality time with family. He could also be seen lending a helping hand to anyone in need. In his spare time, Charles enjoyed Fishing, Traveling, watching Sunday football, and we can all guess who his favorite football team was. After 20 years of serving the industry he was awarded an opportunity to begin a career in the Printing industry (Direct Group) Swedesboro, NJ, where he performed various duties. Shortly after school, he took an interest in the automotive industry beginning his career in 1985 where he was employed by Ace Ford Woodbury NJ, and later Winner Ford Cherry Hill NJ. Born on Decemin Wilmington, DE, Charles grew up and attended School in Salem County, New Jersey, graduating Woodstown High School class of 1981. Charles “Frank” McNeal SR, age 60, died Monday, July 18, 2022, in Cooper Hospital in Camden.
